Selection of 8000 applications under Entrepreneur Scheme
In the financial year 2022-23, 8000 applications are to be selected under the Chief Minister Entrepreneur Scheme on the basis of the target set district wise, which will be divided into categories-(A), (B) and (C). In case of wrong category selection or wrong application by the applicant, no option for re-revision will be given. It will be mandatory to provide permanent residence certificate of the district in which the applicant wants to set up the project.
Category-(A)- A total of 5000 applications will be accepted in 5 projects.
Category-(B)- 2000 applications will be accepted only for leather and textile and food processing sector.
Category-(C)- 1000 applications will be selected only for the leather and textile sector in the industrial area of Biada. For Category C, the target is not district wise but for the entire state. The eligibility of the beneficiaries under this scheme will be as follows
- The beneficiary must be a permanent resident of Bihar (You must be a resident of Bihar state.)
- Be under SC/ST/OBC/Women/Youth
- Must have passed at least 10+2 or Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic, Diploma or equivalent
- Age limit should be between 18 years to 50 years
- In case of proprietorship, individual current account in the name of the applicant or current account in the name of the firm will be valid. But only after the approval of the loan and grant of the applicant, if the applicant changes his personal current account in the name of the firm and uploads it, the sanctioned amount will be transferred through RTGS to the current account in the name of the firm.
